You write on WhatsApp or Telegram, someone at the desk answers inside 10 to 15 minutes, on a weekday lunchtime or deep in the small hours, and everything agreed stays in one thread you can scroll back through later.

How quickly the desk answers
The first reply lands within 10 to 15 minutes and carries her name, the fee in pounds and an expected arrival. On most nights she reaches hotels by London Bridge or in the City of London within the hour of confirmation, a little longer when Friday traffic fills the Embankment. For one particular companion on a Friday or Saturday, write in the afternoon.

Hotels, apartments and private homes
At a hotel she follows whatever the building asks of evening visitors, and meets you in the bar or comes to the room, as you prefer. At an aparthotel or serviced flat, let the desk know how you get in: a concierge desk, a buzzer, a key-card lift. A private home has its address verified once and is then treated exactly like a hotel.

Messages that do not come from us
Some things the desk will not ask for under any circumstances: your card number or a picture of the card, a passport or any other identity document, gift cards, vouchers, cryptocurrency. Nor does a new charge ever appear partway through a chat, whatever it is called. You pay her yourself, face to face, after she arrives, so a request for money from any other quarter does not come from this desk.
